GreenAcres staff land national award

Despite being an organisation with just 45 members of staff, GreenAcres Woodland Burials beat some of the biggest names in UK business to win a national award for customer service.

GreenAcres beat companies such as Dell, uSwitch and LV to win the ‘Frontline team of the year award’ at the recent European Call Centres and Customer Service Awards.

Managing director at GreenAcres Woodland Burials Andy Paling said: “In our industry we are often dealing with people at a very vulnerable time of their lives so our staff have to be at the top of their game.
