Hunnaball Family Funeral Group acquires P.G. Oxley

Hunnaball Family Funeral Group has announced the acquisition of P.G. Oxley, a funeral provider operating across Frinton, Walton and Clacton. 

The deal sees P.G. Oxley, which has been in business for 160 years, join the Hunnaball network of funeral homes across Essex and Suffolk.

Established in 1983 by Trevor and Melanie Hunnaball, the group remains independently owned and operated by the third generation of the Hunnaball family. 

Prior to the acquisition, P.G. Oxley was managed by six generations of funeral directors. It remains a member of the National Association of Funeral Directors (NAFD).

The transition will see the group continue to provide funeral services across the Walton-on-the-Naze, Frinton-on-Sea, Kirby, Holland and Clacton-on-Sea areas. 

However, all legal suffixes have been removed from the company identities in line with house style.
