The Somerset Willow Company set to launch new website
Basket and eco-coffin manufacturer the Somerset Willow Company will later this month launch a new interactive online website.
Trading since 1959, the company states that its new website will be innovative and ground-breaking and reflect the company’s position as one of the UK’s number one manufacturers of willow products.
The site will be the company’s key portal for customers and businesses looking to access the range of products and services that the Somerset Willow Company has to offer.
The Somerset Willow Company director Darrell Hill explained the reasons behind the new website: “We looked at our target audience, realised what customers really want and got to work making sure that each of our products said as much about the British consumer as it did about ourselves. Finally, I think we have a product range which has real potential.”
Marketing director at the Somerset Willow Company Heidi Hill remarked of the company’s products’ compositions: “What’s really unique about our products is that every single basket on our website has been hand crafted in our workshops in Somerset using the finest grade materials, even the fittings and linings have been sourced locally in Somerset.”
Fourth generation member of the business Anthony Hill concluded: “I think we’ve been able to create an elite range of fashionable products for those individuals who require something British, something different and something that can’t be found anywhere else.
