Funeral Partners has announced that its regional development director for London South and South East, James Groves, has won ‘The Care Award’ at Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity’s Together for Childhood Awards.

Groves, along with Goals for GOSH co-founder Charlotte Styles, were recognised for their fundraising work.

In their fundraising efforts, the two have organised charity football matches that brought together celebrities and football stars to raise vital funds and awareness for the children’s charity.

The charity has raised approximately £161,606 to date.

In its announcement, Funeral Partners has congratulated Groves and Styles, as well as everyone involved, for involvement “in this fantastic initiative”.
