Dunstable-based headstone, memorial and gravestone supplier Memorials of Distinction has launched its new website, which it hopes will “improve the customer experience’.
The family-run company has been designing and carving its products from the highest quality stone for 35 years, and it said the redesigned online hub will allow it to fully showcase the hundreds of items in its range.
It is also said it hoped that the new website will become a “knowledge hub” for uncertain customers who are taking their first steps into the funeral process, with detailed blog posts and information on everything from rules and regulations of churchyards to suggestions of suitable inscriptions and funeral songs.
Crawford Pollock from Memorials of Distinction, said: “Our new online look reflects where we are as a company today and where we plan to be in the coming years – crafting traditional stonework from the highest quality materials available, using the methods we have always done, and offering our customers exceptional customer service that feels sensitive and individual during a very difficult time”.
