Harwood Park Crematorium has raised £4,488 for the Victims’ Road Trust through its membership of the Institute of Cemetery and Crematorium Management’s metals recycling scheme. Claire Austin, managing director of Austin’s Funeral Service and her husband Peter presented their cheque to the charity’s CEO, Mark Turner.

‘Each year upwards of 35 people are killed in the roads of Hertfordshire. The generosity of Austin’s will ensure that at least five families can be supported for at least 12 months. We are extremely grateful’, said Mark Turner.
