Laurel Funerals reveals new branding and website

Laurel Funerals has this week launched its new branding and website to the funeral industry.

Formerly LM Funerals, Laurel Funerals’ new branding has been developed over the course of the past 12 months to reflect its values and people.

The new-look website offers clear information for customers to help them make informed decisions around all aspects of arranging a funeral. As part of the company’s progressive attitude towards its customers, the website contains an introduction to each member of the executive team. Details of acquisitions and recruitment opportunities within Laurel have also been incorporated within the site.

Laurel Funerals’ CEO Deborah Kemp said: “We are delighted with our new-look and feel website, which reflects our progressive and responsive approach to meeting the demands of the modern-day consumer. While our name and our branding may have changed, the values that underpin our family of funeral directors remain the same. Our ‘here for you’ customer promise, introduced two years ago, is the glue that brings all our individual local funeral directors together under the umbrella of Laurel Funerals. I hope the site will also act as a medium where those within the industry can come and find out information about Laurel, as well as the opportunities within our business.”

Customers using the website can find out the services offered at each of Laurel’s 68 branches and find downloadable guides to the NAFD Code of Practice.

“We see the new website as a window into how we do business, with the interests of our customers and our people as our priority. As our customer promise says, we are ‘here for you’,” concluded Kemp.
