Mayor opens new funeral home in BradfordThe Lord Mayor and Lady Mayoress of Bradford have officially opened a new funeral home in their municipality. Cllr Dale Smith, the Lord Mayor, unveiled a plaque declaring the Co-operative Funeralcare open.

After local clergy led a dedication service, members of the public were welcome to visit the home for an informal guided tour. The funeral home features a family arranging room; a remembrance room; and a large reception area.

All rooms have been decorated with a contemporary lilac and cream colour scheme to offer families more relaxed surroundings.
