Arnos Vale Cemetery Trust has announced the appointment of Ann Fiddler to the role of chief executive officer, effective from February 2024.

Fiddler will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role of CEO from her background in estates management and heritage.

The news comes as previous chief executive, Ellie Collier, has decided to leave her post at the end of the year.

Having been chief executive for five years, Collier led Arnos Vale through the pandemic and successfully implemented a new strategy to bring focus to the trust’s work.

According to the trust, Collier’s leadership “built the resilience of the organisation and enhanced the vibrant cemetery”. The trust also expressed its gratitude for everything she has done.
