Dignity plc has announced that Graham Ferguson, independent non-executive director and chair of the audit and remuneration committees, has been appointed senior independent director with immediate effect.
In addition, John Castagno, independent non-executive chair of the company, has stood down as a member of the audit committee.
Dignity plc is a UK-based listed provider of funeral and life-end services.
The news follows Dignity’s announcement of the appointment of Kate Davidson as its new chief executive officer (CEO), replacing Gary Channon.
