A man has been arrested following a burglary at a Port Talbot funeral home.

South Wales Police arrested a 34 year old man, from the Neath area, in connection with the offence.

A black limousine-type vehicle was taken – and the male remains in police custody assisting police with enquiries.

The limousine, which has now been recovered, was stolen from Baglan Funeral Home on Monday afternoon.

Craig Perfect, co-owner of the funeral home, posted to facebook with an appeal stating: “Someone has just stolen one of our limousines from the Courtland Place area of Port Talbot. If seen please contact us. Reg number G3 BFH”

It was shared over 2,000 times by people across social media.
