Funeral director Richard Cumming will drive over 3000 miles in summer 2017 to raise money for two charities. His cross-Europe journey supports Friends of Anchor, who help to make North East Scotland’s cancer and haematology care the best it can be, and Race Against Dementia who raise money to fund breakthrough and innovative dementia research.

The senior funeral director at Dignity-owned Aberdeen Funeral Directors aims to complete the Five C Challenge from 3 – 11 of June.

The challenge will take Richard on a mammoth drive across nine European countries. Richard will be completing this task in his BMW ‘rust bucket’ car which cost him £300.
