Hundreds of mourners attended the funeral of an unknown stillborn baby girl.
Over 150 people visited Wolvercote Cemetery in Oxford in order to offer condolences and well wishes to the child.
Named by the officers who found her, Raihana was found on a footpath with her umbilical cord still attached.
Officers honoured her by having a official naming ceremony at the funeral, they chose Raihana as it means ‘heavens flower’.
The identity of the baby and her mother are still unknown and police are appealing to anyone who may have information to get in contact.
The Metro set up a Just Giving page in her memory and has raised over £2,300 for Sands, the stillbirth and neonatal death charity.
