Paul Webb, managing director of Anderson Maguire Funeral Directors, said: “As a family firm with family values, we have always been committed to CPD (Continuous Professional Development) for all our staff.

“We pride ourselves on our professionalism and we are proactive in ensuring that is backed up with substance. The importance of CPD really cannot be underestimated and we believe that the right training gives us a competitive edge when delivering our service to clients and the community.

“This does not just benefit the company but is also crucial for our staff’s professional development and their future career ambitions. We can confidently assert that Anderson Maguire are a standard bearers for professional funeral services.”

Both the Diploma in Funeral Arranging and Administration and the Diploma in Funeral Directing qualifications are managed, delivered and assessed in totality by the NAFD. Both qualifications are endorsed for quality assurance purposes by Birmingham City University, and approved by One Awards, for the level of the qualification relevant for internal award and associated credit allocation.
